I have worked in the creative business field for the last 25 years. I graduated with a BA(Hons) in Fashion Design and Business and set up my first company with the help of the Princes Trust. I made bespoke and limited edition handbags often from fabric I made myself. I sold these via boutiques and fairs in London and Brighton. Familiar with the early morning train to Camden on a weekend, the Necessary Accessory Trade Show and many more. At the same time, I reclaimed some frames being thrown out of my building, an old blanket, leftover paint tester pots, plus sequins from my fashion degree and made some textile art. I submitted it to an exhibition at the old Aldwych Tube Station and sold half my work in four days. Since then I’ve continued to make and exhibit my art, been shortlisted for the Royal Academy, designed for Paul Smith and loved running my art gallery Kreiva, among a long list of other creative projects.
