Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness coaching will benefit anyone looking for relaxation, more awareness around their unconscious patterns and to manage challenging mental programs such as stress, intrusive thoughts or ADHD. It can slow down a busy mind and bring peace and self compassion. We are often going through life trying to tick all the boxes and follow all the ‘shoulds’. It can be helpful to take a new perspective.

Mindfulness coaching helps you to see that it is okay to do life or work differently in a way which suits you, and to raise your awareness of how you are spending your time compared to how you want to spend your time. I won't tell you to increase your productivity, because maybe you aren't designed to be more productive. Maybe you are designed to have the occasional genius idea and that requires more resting than working. Society has conditioned us to believe we 'should' function a certain way, and while we must fit into that framework, there are different shapes within it and I'm here to help you find the ones that fit. 

What can you expect from Mindfulness Coaching?

Firstly everyone is different, we are all at different stations on the journey through life and have travelled different routes to get where we are now. What you receive will depend on what you need. To find this out I will ask you to fill in a form so I have a picture of where you are at, this will help me to see how I can best help you. According to the amount of sessions you book, we can work with a number of mindfulness tools including:

  • How to focus on the present moment

  • Breathing exercises

  • Pauses in the day

  • Focused meditation

  • Mindful writing

  • Creativity

  • Mantras

  • Giving yourself permission

  • Self compassion

  • Choosing a new narrative

    Sessions take an hour each and are priced at £90.00

I recommend taking a minimum of three sessions. They can be tailored to different aspects of life, for example: work, home, and relaxation. I will equip you with a ‘toolkit’ to take with you along your way and ensure that you know how to use it. This will allow you to manage those situations in a healthier and more balanced way, easing your stress responses and lightening the load on your nervous system.

A Three session package is priced at £250.00

If you want to go into more depth, I offer a six session bundle looking at four different areas which are affecting your life the most. This could be organisation, energy, work/life balance, decision making, social life or family. Or any other aspects you feel you would like to work with. We spend a 1 hour session on each area. You have some time to put it into practice. Then we revisit them for the last two sessions and ensure you have a firm foundation to take forwards with you. 

The six session bundle is priced at £500.00
